Privacy Policy

Scope and operator

This policy explains how SandiaDev, LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, handles personal information through the SandiaDev website and applications. Optional applications or integrations may involve additional processing as described in those features.

Information we handle

• Account information: your name, email address, password hash, optional profile image, account status, authentication records, and records of policy acceptance (version and time).
• Content you provide: tasks, notes, attachments, assignments, activity, sharing settings, and other information you enter into the applications.
• Billing information: subscription and payment status and identifiers needed to manage billing. When billing is available, Stripe processes payment details. SandiaDev does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.
• Support communications: your email address, the contents of your request, and other information you send us.
• Technical information: information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service, which may include IP addresses, browser or device information, request timestamps, and error or security logs.
• Optional integrations: account information, credentials or access tokens, and content required by the permissions you authorize when connecting another service. Enabled AI or automation features may send the content needed to fulfill your requests to the provider used by that feature.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and application features, synchronize content, carry out your sharing choices, process subscriptions when available, communicate about the service, answer support requests, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

When information is disclosed

We disclose information to providers that help us host and operate the service, store data, process payments, and deliver account emails. These include Google Cloud, MongoDB Atlas, Stripe, and Resend where those services are used. Support email is handled through Google Workspace.

Content is also disclosed to collaborators you authorize and third-party services you choose to connect. Review the permissions and the provider's privacy practices before enabling an integration or AI feature.

We may disclose information as required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections and notice requirements.

Cookies and browser storage

The public website does not set advertising cookies or load optional analytics. The applications use sign-in cookies and browser storage to maintain sessions, save preferences, and support local application data and synchronization.

Clearing browser data may sign you out or remove locally stored information. Shared or public devices may retain locally stored content until it is cleared. Browser Do Not Track signals do not change how the service operates.

Retention and privacy requests

We retain information for service delivery and legitimate operational, security, accounting, and legal purposes. Retention depends on the type of information, account status, legal obligations, and whether it remains needed for those purposes.

You can edit information where account and application controls permit. Email support@sandiadev.com to request access, correction, deletion, or account closure. Requests are handled manually. We may need to verify your identity and will handle applicable rights requests as required by law.

Some information may need to be retained for legal or security reasons or may remain in backups until those backups expire. Content shared with others may have been copied independently. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete data.

Security and location

We use safeguards intended to protect personal information, but no system is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable requirements.

Children and policy updates

The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We will update this policy when our practices change, show the effective date, and provide notice of material changes as required by law.
