About SandiaDev

These Terms govern your use of the SandiaDev website and applications, operated by SandiaDev, LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“SandiaDev,” “we,” “us”). When you create an account, registration asks you to agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you must have authority to act for it.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement, or appropriate authorization where applicable. The service is not directed to children under 13.

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, upload malicious software, gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or misuse other users' information. Only upload or share information you have permission to use.

Your content

You retain ownership of your tasks, notes, files, and other content. You give SandiaDev permission to store, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate and support the service, follow your sharing choices, and meet legal obligations. Sharing content makes it available to the people you authorize. Keep separate copies of information important to you.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

The planned subscription price is $5 USD per user per month for the SandiaDev suite. Paid subscriptions are not currently available. Creating an account alone does not authorize a charge.

When subscriptions become available, the applicable price and renewal terms will be displayed before you subscribe. Subscriptions will be billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.

You may cancel through your account's billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge. Contact support if you cannot access cancellation controls.

Payments are nonrefundable, with no prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, except where required by law. This does not limit rights concerning unauthorized or erroneous charges. Cancellation does not itself delete your account or content.

We will disclose price changes before they apply and provide an opportunity to cancel, with any additional notice or consent required by applicable law.

Beta development and availability

SandiaDev is developed as a hobbyist project, and most applications are in beta. Features may change, contain errors, or experience interruptions. Future features and release dates are not guaranteed. Support is handled as availability permits; no specific response time or uninterrupted availability is promised.

We may update or discontinue features. If we discontinue the paid service, we will stop future renewals and address outstanding paid access and any remedies required by law. Beta status does not remove your statutory rights.

Third-party services

Features you choose to connect may use third-party services. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and privacy practices. Review the permissions requested before connecting an account or enabling an integration.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict access to address abuse, security risks, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and practicable, we will give notice. Any action affecting a paid subscription remains subject to applicable law. You may stop using the service, cancel renewal through billing settings, and contact support about account closure and data requests.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. To the extent permitted by law, SandiaDev is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. These provisions do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will identify the effective date. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect, with additional notice or consent where required by law.

New Mexico law governs these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protections or other applicable law require otherwise. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
